In private yoga sessions, a highly qualified teacher will assess your needs and design a practice specifically for you. Your session will begin with a discussion in which you can privately share anything you need and hope to gain from yoga. From there, the physical practice, breath work and meditation is designed just for you.
Yoga Therapy or "Yoga Chikitsa" has been prescribed for thousands of years to aid in healing physical ailments, stress related problems and emotional strain. It is not recommended in lieu of medical care but can be extremely beneficial.
This is a great way to introduce yourself to yoga, deepen your practice or just enjoy a relaxing 75 minutes all to yourself.
